I graduated in May 2005 with a B.S. in Biology (Magna Cum Laud) from Pensacola Christian College. I dual-minored in Chemistry and English, and took several non-required writing classes, as well as participating in intramural writing competitions. I have twelve years of Photoshop, graphic design, and 3-D graphics experience and ten years of web design experience. I have worked as a web designer, digital offset coordinator, and sportswriter.
I worked as an undergraduate researcher at the Savannah River Ecology Laboratory for ten weeks, completing a paper entitled, “Mycorrhizal Effects on Quercus nigra (Water Oak) Seedling Recruitment in a Southeastern Mixed Pine Hardwood Slope Forest.” I am currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences at the Medical College of Georgia.
